The ONE Life Sciences Leadership Forum will explore building effective teams in life sciences businesses over two sessions in June.
These practical workshops will examine roles, competencies and behaviours; how to build and develop your team to grow your company; and successful approaches for finding the right person for the role.
The workshops are aimed at founders and leaders in early-stage companies or managers within more established companies who have a role in talent acquisition, people management and resourcing. Participation is by invitation.
Workshop One – Building an effective leadership team (22 June)
Workshop Two – Attracting and securing the people your business needs (29 June)
The workshops are fully funded by Opportunity North East and delivered with White Cube Consulting. They will be led by the firm’s managing director Campbell Urquhart, who has more than 30 years of experience in recruitment and selection, HR consultancy, organisational development and outplacement.
If you have any questions regarding the workshops, please contact events@opportunitynortheast.com.
The ONE Life Sciences Leadership Forum supports the industry's ambition to double the number of life sciences companies in north east Scotland. It brings together the region's life sciences community to address growth-related issues, collaborative innovation and commercialisation. Participants are management team members and decision-makers within companies based in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire or academics, clinicians and researchers with interest in life sciences commercialisation. Spaces on the workshops are limited and subject to approval by ONE with preference given to those already working within life sciences businesses.
