ONE SeedPod is located at Craibstone, between Aberdeen and Aberdeen International Airport with excellent road access off the AWPR.
Opening to the industry in April 2025, ONE SeedPod is Scotland’s dedicated food and drink innovation hub. It is a vibrant community where ambitious food and drink entrepreneurs can access a range of food-safe manufacturing and development facilities supported by wrap-around facility management services and business development know-how.
From a suite of 11 food-safe manufacturing kitchens to product development and process testing kitchens, alongside an impressive demonstration kitchen, ONE SeedPod has the right space to help your business innovate, scale and grow.
ONE SeedPod was formally launched by the project partners in March 2025 and will open to the industry in April 2025.
Project partners
ONE SeedPod is a £27 million investment in the growth of the food and drink manufacturing industry. The Aberdeen City Region Deal industry innovation project is led and co-funded by Opportunity North East (ONE) with funding from the UK Government, Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise and the Just Transition Fund. Scotland's Rural College (SRUC) is the strategic partner providing the serviced site for ONE SeedPod on its Craibstone Campus near Aberdeen.
