The regional ambition is to catalyse and grow a vibrant digital economy embedded in the north east of Scotland and to establish the region as a global hub for the industrial digital economy with a high-growth company cluster.

North east Scotland is home to one of UK’s fastest-growing tech clusters, with over 300 digital tech companies in the region the goal is to grow 10 to 20 companies based in the north east of Scotland to a turnover of £20 million per annum operating on an international basis.

In four years from 2019 the region has gone from 7% of Scotland's digital economy to over 11% - that’s 100 new businesses in the cluster, taking the total to 300 – demonstrating the quality, growth potential and scalability of digital businesses and their products in markets spanning agritech and clean tech to energy tech and health tech.

ONE Tech Hub provides early stage digital tech businesses with flexible space to grow and collaborative spaces for the wider digital community. Tenants join a supportive, dynamic and fast-growing community of like-minded founders, established businesses, and the region's most exciting start-ups.

Resident partners and mentors offer a wealth of knowledge gained from their own experience. They are on hand to support individuals and businesses as they explore opportunities to give them the best possible chance of success.
