Who is it for?
Founders of early-stage digital tech scale ups - typically businesses with more than three FT employees, revenue generating, focused on fast paced growth and looking to develop a strategy to support their ambition and build their understanding of funding for growth.
The business should have achieved good product market fit in at least one key sector with a disruptive technology or product and be looking to identify and grow around new market/product/service opportunities.
Founder(s) will have a growth mindset and be committed and ready to embrace a bespoke learning experience focused on the specific challenges and opportunities faced by founders in north east Scotland.

What is the cost?
The package of support is estimated to be valued at in excess of £15k, the programme is heavily subsidised by Opportunity North East with participating businesses contribution of £1,000 per towards costs. This fee includes up to 30 hours of one to one consultancy led support and for additional team members to participate in these company sessions.
What is the time commitment?
We understand the time demands on founders at this stage of growth we've designed a flexible structure that demands less than you might expect, with over 60% of the time to personalised, one-on-one sessions with your team, focusing directly on your business's unique needs.
The commitment and energy you invest will directly influence the outcomes and impact on your business and you as a leader. The programme has been designed to be a blend of intensive learning, practical application, and promises to be both rewarding and enjoyable.

Do I get access to funding as part of the programme?
There is no direct funding with the programme, but there is a strong focus on supporting businesses understand and prepare for funding for scaling including equity, debt & grant funding and exclusive opportunities to meet investors as part of the programme.
Beyond the programme alumni gain access to a range of exclusive activity and ongoing support from ONE, this can include curated investor introductions and opportunities to apply for funding.
