Opportunity North East co-creates, develops and delivers transformational projects in north east Scotland with industry and public sector partners. The projects provide resources, support, connections and facilities to enable businesses to achieve their energy transition, business growth and market development goals faster, create new high-value jobs and contribute to national green economic recovery.
Since its formation at the end of 2015, ONE has identified transformational opportunities for the region’s economy and developed these into funded projects in delivery. ONE worked with industry, the public sector, universities and research institutes, and government to achieve this. Projects in delivery include ONE Tech Hub, BioHub and SeedPod.
