Aberdeen Developer Group: Using the OpenAI API

Aberdeen Developer Group is hosting 'Using the OpenAI API' supported by ONE Digital Tech at ONE Tech Hub on Thursday 15th May. Andy Watt will firstly introduct Aberdeen Developer Group — what it's about, what we’re aiming to build, and how you can get involved.

After that, he'll take a look at how we can add OpenAI into your applications. We'll look at how to connect to the OpenAI API and use it to generate text, create images, and even turn AI-generated text into spoken audio with text-to-speech (TTS). We'll walk through practical examples and patterns you can use to add smart, creative features to your apps — and hopefully we'll have a good discussion about how we can use these AI tools in our apps.
