The ONE Business Growth Programme is designed to accelerate growth among established digital tech businesses, with a focus on developing and implementing a growth strategy including new markets, new product development and building the team to deliver.
A combination of workshops, one to ones, and mentoring provides each business leader with a toolkit to develop their business model, and work on the value proposition and growth strategy and plan to take their business forward in new and existing markets and geographies.
The programme provides experienced founders with tailored support to capitalise on the opportunities ahead and scale their business. In addition to focusing on the creation of a high growth strategy, each business undertakes bespoke sessions to support development in key areas for their business. Sessions include leadership, building a high performance culture, finance strategies for scaling, brand strategy, pitching and storytelling.
Participants benefit from peer to peer learning and become part of a supportive, like minded community.
The business growth programme has allowed us to pause and focus on the next stage in our growth journey. Doing that as part of a group has let us explore new ideas and opportunities by working together and engaging with other experienced entrepreneurs who have been through this journey.
The ONE Digital Business Growth Programme is led and delivered by Opportunity North East working with UXL, and supported by funding from the Scottish Government's North East Economic Recovery and Skills Fund (NEERSF).
Private sector partners, Inoapps and Sword will be actively involved providing leadership engagement, mentoring and sharing their experience of their growth journey.
