ONE Tech Hub is location of choice for tech businesses

ONE Tech Hub is proving to be a location of choice for ambitious tech entrepreneurs and founders growing their businesses in north east Scotland.

ONE Tech Hub tenant Chorus provides reg-tech software and training for hazardous industries worldwide. Co-founder Iain Taylor was attracted by the combination of dedicated support, connections and being part of an ambitious tech community.

We have world-leading expertise in the north east of Scotland in areas like energy transition and should be thinking about scaling globally. ONE is helping Chorus do just that.”

Fennex is the largest tenant in ONE Tech Hub and specialises in developing AI-driven software solutions to accelerate digital transformation in the offshore energy sector. Fennex first engaged with ONE in 2021 when Nassima Brown and her co-founder Adrian Brown participated in startup fundamentals and next steps programmes. They rapidly progressed onto the ONE business growth and graduate into business programmes, secured innovation funding to launch a new product to market, and have been backed by the ONE Enterprise Fund, which provides interest-free loans to businesses at critical points in their growth. Fennex has hired seven graduates to support new customers and contract wins and has taken on additional office space to accommodate its growing team.
